This is exempt under the Genuine Occupational Requirement).Our West End Project is based in the Castlehill area of Dumbarton. The service offers Day/ Evening Opportunities and an Outreach Service for adults with varying degrees of physical disabilities, who are experiencing social isolation. The project aims to empower individuals to make decisions, increase their independence, develop social networks and enhance their quality of life. As such, the staff team-work flexible hours to meet the individual support needs of the people who use the service. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated *Male Project Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering high-quality person-centred support plans, contributing to positive outcomes for the individuals we support, whilst promoting therapeutic and recreational activities. You must be willing to undertake regular shift work as required. *Drivers would be preferred to drive the project vehicle.*(In order to meet the outcomes of the people you will be supporting, a current UK driving licence is essential to enable you to drive the registered mobility vehicle).Qualifications or experience are not essential.
