Stravaig Project – Partick, GlasgowProject Workers (Relief)Our Stravaig Project based in the Partick area of Glasgow, provides direct access to supported accommodation, giving a safe environment for young vulnerable homeless people aged 16-25 years, who have various levels of support needs and who may be experiencing or at risk of homelessness and may be excluded from other services.We are looking to recruit a number of Project Workers (Relief) to work on an as and when required basis, to join our dynamic team who is motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to effectively ensure they deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care and support.The successful candidates will be responsible and enthusiastic in supporting our young people in delivering a high-quality person-centred support plan. Creating a caring, homely and secure environment for young people by supporting, mentoring and educating during therapeutic nightly activities to develop their learning opportunities emotional and social needs. Instilling and developing practical skills to enhance independent living and positive engagement to encourage young people in their development, maximise working towards a successful move to making positive lifestyle choices.
