At any one time we will typically run around 40 different types of projects, delivering support to over 1,500 individuals, their families and communities.We currently have a vacancy for a Female Housing Support Worker to join our team within our Housing Support Services based in Barrhead and surrounding areas. ‘Jennifer’ and ‘Ella’ are looking for a person to help them make delicious meals, regain confidence getting out and about and to find ways to move each day. Do you think you could support them with these goals?The successful candidate will provide support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the people they support and by adhering to relevant policies and procedures. They will ensure the continued health and wellbeing of the people they support by responding to their healthcare needs including personal care and medication. The successful candidate will deliver person-centred support in accordance with individual outcome-based support plans.
